BRUNCH PIZZA | |
Pizza crust (prepared or homemade) 1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced 8 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, grated 2 eggs or egg substitute 1/4 c. low fat milk Pinch dried oregano Pat pizza dough in 9 x 13 inch pan, baking sheet or pizza pan. Cut ham into strips and place on dough. Sprinkle on cheese. Combine eggs and milk - blend well. Pour eggs over the dough and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
