CHICKEN ROLL UPS 
1 boiled and deboned chicken or turkey, cut up in lg. chunks
1 pack fresh broccoli, steamed
2 (5 oz.) cans Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. milk
1 c. or lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Roll out biscuits into squares one at a time. Fill with chicken and broccoli and fold over as egg roll, seal shut. Put on cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Keep turning over. Melt Monterey jack cheese in microwave add with cheese, milk, lemon, and flour. Pour over roll ups. Serve with salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
