BREADED FISH FILLETS 
3 c. herb croutons, crushed (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. fillets of sole, thawed
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Toss herb crumbs with cheese and paprika. Dip fillets in milk, then in crumbs. Place fish on buttered baking dish, 9"x13"x2". Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily. Serve with sliced lemon or tartar sauce.
