TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 heads lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bag of Dorito Nacho chips, crushed
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) bottle Kraft buttermilk dressing
1 lb. chop meat
16 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown chop meat, drain. Add taco seasoning and set aside. When ready to serve, combine meat with all other ingredients except dressing, add last. Enough for a crowd.
