BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. jar mustard
1 lb. box brown sugar
1/2 sm. can pepper
2 bottles catsup
2 bottles hickory barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. salt
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 pt. white vinegar
1 pt. salad oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can beer

Mix all ingredients in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour. Makes 5 quarts.
