CHERRY & PEACH JAM 
3 lbs. peaches, ground
2 oranges, juice only
3 lbs. sugar
1 pt. Maraschino cherries

Crack pits of 10 peaches. Scald and peel centers of pits. Grind fine. Combine centers, peaches, sugar, cherries, and orange juice. Boil for 1 1/2 hours. Ladle into hot jars and seal.
