HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomatoes (skins removed)
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. potatoes, cut up
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. rice
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. salt
6 c. water

Brown meat, add vegetables, bouillon cube, salt, add rice and water. Simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
