PISTACHIO SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lg. tub of Cool Whip

Beat and spread on 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. Jello instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Beat together and spread on layer #2.

4TH LAYER:

Spread remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip on layer #3. Sprinkle with nuts.
