MEXICAN SUNSET CASSEROLE 
1 can refried beans
1 lb. browned ground beef, drained
1/2 onion, chopped or more if desired
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. sour cream
Guacamole
Nacho chips

Mound beans in large shallow pan. Sprinkle cooked ground beef over beans, evenly, then chopped onion, cheese and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread guacamole over cheese, then spoon sour cream on top. Stick nacho chips around the bottom of the casserole for decoration. Guests use chips to "dig in".
