PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
Fresh peaches peeled and sliced, approximately 4-5 cups (may use frozen)
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsps. cornstarch
1 cup light cream or coffee cream

Fill pie shell with peach slices. Stir sugar and cornstarch together and sprinkle over peaches. Pour the cream over top and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees until peaches are tender and cream thickens.
