POTATO CARROT SOUP 
6-7 med. potatoes, diced
5 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 onion, diced
4 sticks of celery, diced
Bacon bits (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. cold milk
2 c. water

All ingredients in pan. Cook until potato and carrots are soft.
