CHINESE SHRIMP DISH 
1 med. cabbage
1 bunch green onions
2 bell peppers
1 stalk celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 lbs. shrimp
1 tbsp. BLAIR oregano
Dash of BLAIR black pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
Dash of salt
1 tsp. oil for cooking

Chop vegetables, mix in shrimp and water chestnuts. Season with spices, sauces and salt. Cook in wok with oil for 45 minutes on medium heat until tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
