SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1 lb. linguine or 12 oz. fresh linguine
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. chopped garlic (use garlic in a jar, it's easier)

Clean and saute shrimp in butter and garlic on low heat until pink. Cook linguine and add to shrimp and garlic and toss. Serve with Parmesan cheese and Italian bread.
