GREEK SALAD 
4 stalks celery
1 sm. cucumber
2 green peppers
2 tomatoes
1 med. onion
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. green olives
1 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
Pepperoni & fresh mushrooms (optional)

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. crushed peppercorns
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. Rosemary leaves
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves

Cut celery, cucumber and green peppers into slices. Slice onion then separate into rings. Cut tomato into wedges. Mix all together with olives. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
