PEACH SOUR CREAM CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 to 10 fresh peaches, sliced
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sour cream

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and the 2 teaspoons sugar. Cut butter into this mixture and press into a 9 x 9 inch pyrex pan. Place sliced peaches in pressed shell. Mix together 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top with mixture of beaten egg yolks and sour cream. Reduce heat and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
