2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 lb. soda crackers
Nut meats (optional)

Combine sugar and milk; boil briskly 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
