3 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, well beaten

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 13"x9" pan and bake approximately 25 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Serve warm or cold.
