WILD OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. corn oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. dark molasses
2 eggs
1 c. oat bran
2 c. flour (cake)
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk powder
2 c. water

This seems like one of those old, old, recipes that my Gram used to make all of the time. She kept it in her head and knew how to make it without writing it down. She had one similar to this that was a family favorite. She would boil the water and mix it with the molasses, and honey before adding the oil to make sure that it all went into the bread easily. She would also flour and butter her bread pan before baking it for about an hour at 350°F.
