MINIATURE PECAN PIES 
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
Dash of salt

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate at least one hour. Grease miniature muffin pans and pat dough into them.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Blend together ingredients. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
