CHICKEN PARMESAN WITH MUSHROOM
SOUP
 
1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 lb. chicken parts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Paprika

Combine crumbs with 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Roll chicken in mixture. Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish, FAT side down. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes more. Meanwhile, blend soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes more until chicken is tender. Serve with rice.
