PESTO SAUCE 
3 c. loosely packed fresh basil
3/4 c. olive oil
3 to 5 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Put basil, garlic, salt, oil in blender. Process (on and off) until smooth. Pour into bowl, add Parmesan. mix to blend. Makes 1 cup. Use on pasta or cooked vegetables.
