BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening or butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. blueberries

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9-inch round layer or 8x8 inch or 9x9 inch pan. Blend all ingredients except blueberries. Carefully stir well-drained blueberries into batter which has been vigorously beaten for 1/2 minute.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
2 1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle over batter in pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Topping should be reduced by half of each ingredient, if less is desired.
