PECAN TARTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup butter, and powdered sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and flour. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into round balls and press into small ungreased muffin pans. Mix remaining ingredients and place on top of crust mixture in muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from pans and cool.
