3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients, mustard and egg together in a paste and add to vinegar mixture. Let boil until thick, stirring all the time.
