HAMBURGER PIZZA 
1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1 c. shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese

Combine beef, egg, garlic salt, onion flakes and 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce; toss lightly in a large non-stick pie pan. Flatten the meat mixture to line the bottom and sides. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and pour on remaining tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 7 minutes. To serve, cut into pie-shaped wedges.
