SHEPHERD'S PIE 
For leftover meats or fowl

Cover bottom of small greased baking dish with hot mashed potatoes; add a thick layer of roast beef, lamb, hamburger, etc. or fowl, chopped or cut in small pieces. (Seasoned with salt, pepper and a few drops of onion juice, moistened with some of the gravy.) Cover with thin layer of mashed potatoes. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees, long enough to heat through.
