CANNOLI SHELLS 
1 lb. flour
3 oz. sugar
3 oz. Crisco
2 eggs, leave 1 white for putting on cannoli
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix, roll out on board, cut into squares and wrap around tubes using egg white to hold together. Heat oil and deep fry 2 or 3 at a time until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Cool to touch and remove from tubes. Cool completely before filling.
