BOB'S GREEN CHILI 
1 (2 lb.) pork roast
1 (3 lb.) beef roast
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 bell pepper (red or green)
1 can whole Ortega chilies
2 cans Salsa de Chili Fresco
1 lg. onion
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper
Celery salt
oregano
3 fresh yellow chilies, chopped

Cook roasts until easy to shred. Add other ingredients to meat and simmer until well blended.
