CHILI-FRITO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (15 oz.) can chili 1 can tomato sauce 1 c. grated cheese Corn chips Brown and drain ground beef. In a 2 quart casserole layer, crumbled chips, 1/2 ground beef, 1/2 chili, 1/2 tomato sauce. Repeat layers. Microwave 6 minutes or until tomato sauce bubbles at edges. Top with grated cheese, microwave 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Kids love it too! |
