CHILI-FRITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can chili
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheese
Corn chips

Brown and drain ground beef. In a 2 quart casserole layer, crumbled chips, 1/2 ground beef, 1/2 chili, 1/2 tomato sauce. Repeat layers.

Microwave 6 minutes or until tomato sauce bubbles at edges. Top with grated cheese, microwave 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Kids love it too!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
