1 c. honey
1/4 c. chopped orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients. Let stand over hot, not boiling, water about 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve on gingerbread, steamed puddings, or ice cream. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
