SHRIMP IN GARLIC BUTTER 
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled, deveined, quick-cooking shrimp

Place butter in custard cup. Microwave at high for 30-45 seconds, until melted. Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Separate shrimp; place in 9 or 10-inch diameter dish.

Pour butter mixture evenly over shrimp. Cover tightly. Microwave 5-8 minutes, until shrimp are opaque, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 cups shrimp.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
