SCALLOPED POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash browns (fresh can be used)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheddar or Colby cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. carton commercial sour cream
1/2 c. chunked butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Mix together. Pour into greased 9x11 cake pan or casserole. Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
