TACO SALAD 
1 lg. can refried beans or refried bean dip
1 to 1 1/2 lbs.) ground beef, fried, drained mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning (see pkg. directions)
1 bottle taco sauce (mild or hot)
1 can Mexican chili (I use Armor chili with beans)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream (optional)
Green onion tops, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Lettuce, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Colby cheese, shredded

Make salad in a large flat dish or cookie sheet. Layer it in order named and serve with taco chips.
