DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4-2 1/2 c. flour

Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm; combine in mixing bowl with sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda, egg and yeast mixture. Add flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover. Let rise in warm place (85-90 degrees) until doubled (50-60 minutes). Stir down dough. Turn into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole (round 8 inch). Let rise in warm place until light (30-40 minutes).

Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until golden brown about 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter, sprinkle with salt. Makes 1 round loaf.
