10 tbsp. cinnamon (ground)
6 tbsp. applesauce
Cloves to decorate

Mix cinnamon and applesauce. Knead and roll out. Add more cinnamon if too moist. Cut with cookie cutter. Cloves can be used to decorate. Make hole. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes with oven door ajar on cookie sheet with brown paper bag. Allow to dry on bag 2-3 days. Add string and hang.
