1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookie, crumbled
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Put crumbled cookies in bottom of dish. Pour melted butter over. Combine milk, cream cheese and pudding mix. Beat with mixer. Pour over cookies. Put Cool Whip on top. Crumble a few cookies on top. Refrigerate until cold.
