18 c. popped popcorn
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 (4 serving size) box Jello, flavor your choice

Place popcorn in large greased bowl. Combine corn syrup and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in Jello until dissolved. Pour over popcorn, toss to coat well. Cool, then shape into 2" balls (makes about 2 dozen) or shape into anything you'd like.
