IOWA BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
4 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of potato soup
2 c. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked
4 slices Velveeta cheese, cubed

Saute onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk, broccoli, cheese, potato soup and seasonings. Cook until thickened and cheese has melted.
