BROCCOLI-POTATO CHEESE SOUP | |
4 c. water 4 potatoes 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped Boil 10-15 minutes. Add: 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Turn heat down, cook. Add mushrooms if preferred. Fresh broccoli may be used. Serves 6-8. |
