NO COOKING FUDGE 
2 sticks butter
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/2 chopped nuts
2 boxes confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt in double boiler, cheese and butter. In a large bowl mix confectioners sugar, chopped nuts, cocoa, and vanilla. Pour melted butter, cheese and mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in freezer. When hard cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.
