TOMATO CHEESE BREAD | |
Prep 15 Min./Cook 15 Min. 1 (1 1/2 lb.) round sourdough bread loaf 3/4 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing 1 c. (4 oz.) 100% Natural Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided 1/2 c. chopped pitted ripe olives 1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped 1 sm. garlic clove, minced 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed 1/2 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice bread loaf into twelve wedges to within 1/4 inch of bottom crust. Mix together salad dressing, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and remaining ingredients until well blended. Spread salad dressing mixture between bread wedges. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over top of bread; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. 6 servings. |
