SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
1 (1 lb., 13 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp. sweet basil

In a 2 quart casserole, layer tomatoes (cut up in bite-size pieces) and top with sugar, salt and pepper and basil. Toss stuffing with melted butter and place on top of the tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Great side dish for brunch too!
