TOMATOES ROCKEFELLER 
12 tomato slices
2 c bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped green onions
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
Hot sauce to taste
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Arrange tomato slices in lightly greased 13x9 pan. Cook and drain spinach; squeeze to remove water. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Mound mixture on tomato slices. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
