EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli florets
2 c. sliced cooked chicken
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayo/salad dressing (and low-fat is okay)
1 tsp. lemon
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange broccoli in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Place the chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle all over.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Trim with pimento strips if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
