4 c. mini marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) Reeses peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. jar dry roasted peanuts

Melt together in double boiler the first three ingredients. Spread 1/2 of jar of dry roasted peanuts in a 9"x13" pan. Pour mixture over those, put rest of peanuts on top. Refrigerate.
