LEMON CREME BARS 
14 oz. can Eagle brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 pan. Combine first 2 ingredients, set aside. In large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients mix at low speed until crumbly. Press 1/2 of crumb mixture into prepared pan. Spread with lemon mixture. Crumble remaining mixture over all. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until light golden brown. Chill, cut into bars. Refrigerate any leftovers.
