LEMON SPICE BARS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

GLAZE:

1 1/2 to 2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. milk

Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well. Add oil, eggs, flavorings and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
