WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 green pepper, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
3 c. celery, chopped
4 envelopes of Mrs. Grass' chicken noodle dry soup mix in 8 c. of hot water
3/4 c. wild rice, raw, washed
3/4 c. long grain white rice, raw, washed

Mix all ingredients in large casserole or roaster pan. Top with 3/4 cup blanched, slivered almonds. Bake 1 hour covered and 20 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Do not season, there is seasoning in the soup mix.
