SIX WEEKS MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal 1 c. oil 3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt Mix Bran, sugar, soda, flour and salt in very large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Store covered in refrigerator. Will keep 6 weeks. When baking, fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 12-15 minutes. Do not stir again and keep tightly covered. Store in refrigerator and use as needed. |
