MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 garlic cloves, crushed or 4 tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice
8 pork chops (1 inch thick)

Combine all ingredients, except chops. Mix well and pour marinade over chops. Marinate 3 hours. Grill over medium coals or bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tender. Baste with remaining marinade during cooking.
